Good to know

Goat milk brings natural fats to the bar, and cold-process soapmaking keeps the glycerin that forms along the way, so these soaps clean without the tight, squeaky feeling many store-bought bars leave behind.

Choose by skin and scent: Goat Milk Soap is the everyday bar; Clay Facial Soap is a gentle facial cleanser; Charcoal Facial Soap is made for oily or combination skin; Toasted Oatmeal Goat Milk Soap has oatmeal and honey with a warm almond scent; Turmeric Goat Milk Soap adds turmeric, ginger and orange; Garden Soap has orange zest to give a light exfoliation; and Tipsy Goat Soap is made with beer. Keep your bar on a draining soap tray between uses and it will last longer. Every ingredient is listed on each product page.

Frequently asked questions

What is goat milk soap good for?
Goat milk soap gives a rich, creamy lather that cleans without leaving skin feeling tight, which is why people with dry or sensitive skin love it. Ours is handmade cold-process soap made with goat milk, shea butter, coconut oil, tallow, lard, sunflower and castor oils, in small batches in Wisconsin.
Which goat milk soap should I choose?
For dry or sensitive skin, start with Beauty Bare, our unscented Goat Milk Soap, or Clay Facial Soap. Toasted Oatmeal has oatmeal and honey for a soft, light exfoliation and a warm scent. Garden Soap has orange zest for a light exfoliation. Charcoal Facial Soap, with tea tree, is a good fit for oily or combination skin. Turmeric Goat Milk Soap has a bright citrus scent, and Tipsy Goat is made with Wisconsin beer.
Can I use goat milk soap on my face?
Yes. Our bars are gentle enough for face and body. If your skin is very reactive, choose Beauty Bare, our unscented Goat Milk Soap, or Clay Facial Soap, and patch test on your inner arm first.
How do I make a bar of soap last longer?
Keep it dry between uses. Store it on a draining dish like our Soap Tray or in a Sisal Soap Saver Bag, and don't leave it sitting in water.
Is there lye in goat milk soap?
All real soap is made with lye (sodium hydroxide), but it reacts completely with the oils during soap making. No lye remains in the finished bar.
