Questions about Body Oil

What does Body Oil do for skin?
It moisturizes and softens dry skin. A blend of sunflower, evening primrose, borage and coconut oils delivers essential fatty acids that help support the skin barrier and lock in hydration, leaving skin smooth and comfortable.
Is the body oil greasy?
No. The texture is lightweight and fast-absorbing, so it sinks in without a sticky residue. Applying it to slightly damp skin helps it spread thinly and absorb even faster, and a small amount covers a lot of skin.
When should I apply body oil?
Apply it right after a bath or shower, while skin is warm and slightly damp. Massage a small amount in until it is fully absorbed. This helps seal in the water already on your skin for longer-lasting softness.
Body oil vs. lotion: which should I use?
Use body oil if you want a lighter, water-free option that seals in moisture after bathing. Lotion adds water to the skin; oil helps hold it in. Many people with dry skin use the oil alone on damp skin, or layer it over lotion.
How should I store body oil, and how long does it last?
Store it sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight, and use it within six to twelve months. Because it is made with natural oils, slight changes in color or scent over time are normal.
