Wisconsin small-batch skincare maker now gives 1% of its annual sales to protect local rivers and support healthier grasslands
Richfield, Wis., October 2026: Ollie Skincare, a small woman-owned maker of handmade goat milk soap and skincare in Wisconsin, has joined 1% for the Planet. We give 1% of our annual sales, not profits, to environmental nonprofits, and 1% for the Planet checks our giving every year.
Who we're giving to
Milwaukee Riverkeeper protects the Milwaukee, Menomonee and Kinnickinnic rivers. Its watershed stretches from Washington and Ozaukee counties down to Milwaukee, through the towns where we sell at farmers markets.
Savory Institute trains farmers and ranchers in regenerative grazing, which helps grasslands and soil recover. So much of what we make starts with grazing animals, like goat milk and tallow.
Why 1%
"We're small, so 1% is a real commitment for us," said Kerrieanne Lischka, founder and formulator of Ollie Skincare. "It's also the most honest way we know to back up the word 'sustainable.' One of our partners protects the rivers in our own backyard, and the other supports healthier land for the animals behind our ingredients."
