It is a light, watery spray of magnesium flakes dissolved in distilled water, with peppermint, rosemary and camphor essential oils. Despite the name it is not oily; it absorbs quickly into skin without leaving residue.
Spray or rub a small amount onto clean, dry skin, focusing on areas like the shoulders, neck or legs, then massage it in. Allow it to absorb fully; you do not need to rinse it off.
Use it daily or as needed. Many people use it after workouts or before bed as part of a wind-down routine. If you are new to it, start with a few sprays and increase gradually.
It can. Topical magnesium sometimes causes a mild tingle, and peppermint and camphor add a cooling sensation. Patch-test first, avoid broken or freshly shaved skin, and rinse off if the feeling is uncomfortable.
It comes in 2 fl oz and 4 fl oz spray bottles. Either size is best used within 12 months; store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
